Envisage the Web provides a web assistance for the registration and management of domain names. If you already have an idea of what name you would like for your website and/or email addresses, we can check its availability and guide you through the registration process. We can also give you some advice and help you decide. The Top Level Domains most used are: .co.uk, .org.uk, .com, .org, .net, .eu, .info, .biz,.me.uk.

If you already have your own domain name with a provider and would like to switch to another provider of your choice or to one recommended by Envisage the Web, we can guide you through the transfer of your domain name.

You will always be in control of your domain name, Envisage the Web is here to guide you through the process but will never own your domain name, hence giving you the freedom to choose a different provider than us for the web development of your website, should you wish to do so.

Email

Envisage the Web provides a web assistance to set up email services for your domain name either with a provider of your choice or with one recommended by us. In most cases, we will be able to guide you through the process by providing simple steps to follow but in some other cases, we may have to access the control panel of your hosting package and we will ask you to provide us with the login information to access the control panel. Envisage the Web will keep this information strictly confidential and will never disclose it to anyone. We will undertake to delete this information from our system once our work is done.

Email services consist of several features such as email forwarding (forward all emails sent to you@yourdomainname.com to another email address you own) and mailboxes (email accounts for specific email addresses, accessed from an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird or from the web interface offered by the provider) that can be customized to filter spam and to set up auto-responder messages.

Web hosting

Envisage the Web provides a web assistance to set up and manage your entire hosting package either with a provider of your choice or with one recommended by us. In most cases, we will be able to guide you through the process by providing simple steps to follow but in some other cases, we may have to access the control panel of your hosting package and we will ask you to provide us with the login information to access the control panel. Envisage the Web will keep this information strictly confidential and will never disclose it to anyone. We will undertake to delete this information from our system once our work is done.
