The cost of the design and development of a new website depends on several parameters of which:

• Size of the website
• Image/graphics work involved
• Dynamic forms needed (e.g. contact form)

The cost of enhancing an existing website depends on several parameters of which:

• Redesign required (e.g. to improve usability)
• Image/graphics work involved
• Dynamic forms needed (e.g. contact form)
• Search Engine Optimization
• Application of latest Web Standards for validation and accessibility

Depending on how many amendments your website is likely to require, you can choose between two options:

• Option 1: Amendments are charged each time they occur at a small fee.
• Option 2: Amendments are included in a yearly maintenance package to be purchased separately that allows an agreed number of amendments available throughout the year.

Please note that we do not charge for simple text updates as long as they do not exceed the agreed limit.

A domain name can be registered either with a provider of your choice or with one recommended by Envisage the Web.

• The cost of the registration is set by the provider and we forward the cost to you in a transparent way (you can choose to pay the provider directly)
• We provide free advice on the type of domain most suited to your business
• The domain name is registered to your name and is owned by you
• The domain name is renewed yearly with the same provider or can be transferred to a different provider (see the next section Domain name transfer)

Your domain name can be transferred from your existing provider either to another provider of your choice or to one recommended by Envisage the Web.

• The cost of the transfer is set by the new provider and we forward the cost to you in a transparent way

You can have your website hosted by a hosting provider of your choice or by one recommended by Envisage the Web. The cost for hosting your website depends on the type of hosting package you choose and its features.

• The cost of the hosting package is set by the provider and we forward the cost to you in a transparent way (you can choose to pay the hosting provider directly)
• We provide free advice on the type of hosting package most suited to your business 
• We can set up and manage your hosting package for a small yearly fee
• The hosting package is in your own name
• The hosting package is renewed yearly with the same provider. It is possible to switch to a different provider but it does require careful planning. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information on how to transfer your hosting plan.

The email facilities are provided by the hosting provider.

• Your hosting package is likely to include email facilities so you do not have to pay any extra fee for this service. If email facilities are not included, you will have to upgrade to the next hosting package that provides email facilities (we can manage this for you)
• We provide free advice on the type of email facility most suited to your business
• We can set up email accounts and email forwarding according to your needs. We charge a small fee for this service.
• We provide free support for the setting up of your email account on your email client (such as MS Outlook or Mozilla Thunrderbird)
