Delvision is a French company created by Franck Chanal in 2008. The company specialises in custom made LED signs and uses a very innovative patented technique developed by Franck.

Franck needed a website to promote his company's products as soon as possible and attract new clients. The design of the website and most graphics were provided to Envisage the Web.

Envisage the Web decided to develop Delvision's website with PHP technology to allow greater flexibility and we used CSS stylesheets for separating the style from the content.

Envisage the Web developed Delvision's website in a very quick and efficient way, keeping Franck informed of the progress of the website all along via email, messenger and telephone discussions. We provided valuable information and advice on Search Engine Optimisation and the pertinence of keywords. We also introduced Franck to Google Adwords to help him boost his company online through a carefully planned and managed advertising strategy.

The website has been a great success and Delvision is now overwhelmed with new clients getting in touch with the company every day through the website.

Angelina Cottage is a lovely bed and breakfast located near Ely, Cambridgeshire. Ms Julia Hartley-Hawes, the host, always offers a very warm and friendly welcome to all her guests, making them feel at home. She wanted a simple and smart website that reflects the friendly atmosphere of the bed and breakfast while highlighting the great assets of the house.

We designed the website using a colour scheme based on the main colours dominating in the bed and breakfast. We made some objects stand out such as the old letter box and the front door medallion to give a bit more character to the pages. We used excellent quality pictures provided by Julia and blended them with the overall site design, using the picture editing software called The Gimp which is similar to Adobe Photoshop.

The website contains around 12 static HTML pages. We used CSS stylesheets to style it and JavaScript to make some pages a bit more dynamic such as the viewing of the rooms' pictures.

We helped a client develop a large Content Management System (CMS), from the start to the finish, for a well-known corporation of the printing industry.

The CMS was based on SDL Tridion technology and used the multilingual technology provided by SDL Tridion to generate several CMS in different languages.

Our role went from the design of the initial schemas for all the building blocks of the CMS, also called components, to the implementation of the XSLT stylesheets to render those components into web pages. We were also involved in the Quality Assurance (QA) process and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.

Some of our clients requested us to work on their clients' Email Marketing campaigns.

We have been involved in Email Marketing campaigns for prestigious clients such as Dell and Hewlett-Packard.

Our role stretched from creating the e-messages and testing them for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, to helping develop a web tool for automating the creation of the e-messages.

Some of our clients requested our services to help them develop E-Commerce projects for their own clients.

The E-Commerce websites we worked on looked at selling products online for a wide range of industries.

Our role stretched from creating catalogue pages and databases to handling the shopping basket and setting up the online payment process.

We have helped clients to develop portals for their own clients. To give a few examples of the work we have done:

We worked on the development of a job search portal to allow users to search for jobs based on specific criteria and to allow administrators to manage the jobs advertised online.

We helped develop a portal where specific companies can be invited to bid for a given project and place their bid.

We worked in collaboration with other freelance developers on the creation of several portals for Golf Clubs throughout the UK.

This tool is utilised by several medical fields within the NHS for the external assessment of the quality in cytogenetics labs. It was developed by one of our client who needed external expertise to assist with the development.

Our role involved the implementation of new features for the administration of the tool and the assessment process. We were also in charge of the testing phase and we provided a customer service for the various features of the tool.

We also worked with our client on the development of a training tool to support the Online External Quality Assessment tool.
